This ozonation plant for water treatment, allows to maintain a desired amount of ozone in a water tank, in a homogeneous, constant and automated manner. The plant includes everything necessary to function autonomously. You only need a light point and connect to the water line to be treated. The equipment includes a high performance industrial ozone generator, with an oxygen concentrator, which works at 148g/Nm3 of ozone concentration, providing a high efficiency of dilution and oxidation of pollutants. The recirculation pump allows the suction venturi to inject the ozone into the water and homogenize it in the tank. The system includes a PLC with advanced control, with automatic power adjustment, which allows you to maintain the desired amount of ozone constantly.

What is it used for?
To dose ozone in a water tank, maintaining a constant ozone concentration. Used to disinfect and purify water, tank and pipes. Widely used in agricultural water treatment, for irrigation tank, in treatment of drinking water, wastewater, process water, cooling towers, swimming pools, aquariums, etc. Ozone is an excellent disinfectant, which allows you to maintain hygiene in the water, as well as in the tank and pipes.

Functioning
This HIDRO V GRZO ozone plant includes a touch screen from which you can easily and intuitively program different treatments throughout the day, using a recipe planner. When the equipment receives a start order, the refrigeration circuit is activated, and the compressor starts up, takes air from the atmosphere, filters it, dries it, and introduces it into the PSA, where nitrogen is removed from the air, and it is concentrated oxygen up to 95% purity. This flow of oxygen is conducted to the generation core, where the corona discharge is applied and the oxygen is transformed into ozone. With the oxygen flow meter you can regulate the desired flow. The recirculation pump takes water from the tank, and the ozone generated is injected into the venturi, returning a highly ozonated water to the tank, where it is homogenized and reacts with the pollutants. This way you can disinfect the water, the tank and the pipes.
