Operación
This ozone generator includes a touch screen from which you can easily and intuitively program different treatments throughout the day, using a recipe planner. When the equipment receives the start command, the cooling circuit is activated, and the compressor starts, drawing air from the atmosphere, filtering it, drying it, and introducing it into the PSAs, where nitrogen is removed from the air, and oxygen is concentrated to a purity of 95%. This oxygen flow is channeled to the generation core, where corona discharge is applied and the oxygen is transformed into ozone. The oxygen flow meter allows you to regulate the desired flow rate. The ozone is then channeled to the venturi, where it is injected into the customer's water line. It is homogenized in the tank and given contact time to allow the ozone to react, disinfect, and purify.
