Operation
Esta planta de ozono HIDRO VT, incluye una pantalla táctil desde la que podrá programar de manera fácil e intuitiva distintos tratamientos a los largo del día, mediante un planificador de recetas. Cuando el equipo recibe orden de marcha, se activa el circuito de refrigeración, y el compresor se arranca, toma aire de la atmósfera, se filtra, se seca y se introduce en las PSA, donde se elimina el nitrógeno del aire, y se concentra el oxígeno hasta una pureza del 95%. Este caudal de oxígeno se conduce hacia el núcleo de generación, donde se aplica la descarga en corona y el oxígeno se transforma en ozono. Con el caudalímetro de oxígeno podrá regular el caudal deseado. Posteriormente el ozono se canaliza hasta el venturi, donde el ozono se inyecta en el agua de la línea del cliente, en el tanque se homogeniza y se le da un tiempo de contacto para que el ozono reaccione, desinfecte y depure.
