What do you use it for?
This ozone generator is ideal for providing highly ozonated water continuously and homogeneously. Ozone water is a powerful disinfectant and purifier, which is generated on site, and leaves no residue. It is widely used in industrial laundries, private and public swimming pools, fruit and vegetable laundries, flushing water, washing and rinsing, small agricultural and garden irrigation, etc.

Functioning
The ozone generator can work in Hydro Mode (to treat water) or in Gas Mode (to treat water or air).
In Hydro Mode, when the equipment detects water flow, the air compressor starts, takes air from the atmosphere, enters the PSA, where it is removes nitrogen from the air, and concentrates oxygen to 95% purity. This flow of oxygen is conducted to the generation core, where the corona discharge is applied and the oxygen is transformed into ozone. With the oxygen flow meter you can regulate the desired flow. The accelerator pump will also start and the ozone will be conducted to the venturi, where it will be sucked in and mixed with the water, later the water with ozone will enter the homogenization and contact tank, where the Redox level of the water is also measured, finally providing a constant water flow and with a controlled, continuous and homogeneous amount of ozone, without generating any loss of load in the customer's pipe.
In GAS Mode, the ozone will be conducted towards ozone gas output, leaving the HYDRO part deactivated. With this gas mode you can carry out treatments in environments without people or bubble ozone in a tank.
