Functioning

The oxygen concentrator receives dry, grease-free air from the air compressor, and is passed through the zeolite columns A, where the nitrogen is captured in the zeolite molecular structure, allowing only oxygen to pass through. When column A becomes saturated with nitrogen, the supply air is redirected to column B, depressurizing column A and releasing the nitrogen into the atmosphere. This cycle is repeated cyclically, always maintaining a constant flow of highly concentrated oxygen. The oxygen obtained is stored in an outlet buffer tank to stabilize the supply.
